Yes, it is I. But please don't go getting the wrong idea they're not all going to be physical challenges Scared , indeed no! In fact the only really physical thing will be the 10km swim, and swim I can do (although not whilst my knees are bad). That will be later in the year when it's warmer and I'm better! Always the optimist!!

I'm going to post details of what I hope to do on the '10th Birthday Thread'. So will keep you posted Smile
