Okay, okay, okay! No need to shout  Yes, it is I. But please don't go getting the wrong idea they're not all going to be physical challenges , indeed no! In fact the only really physical thing will be the 10km swim, and swim I can do (although not whilst my knees are bad). That will be later in the year when it's warmer and I'm better! Always the optimist!! I'm going to post details of what I hope to do on the '10th Birthday Thread'. So will keep you posted  Ooh Tricia, a refined Mrs Bouquet Tea Party ... sounds a very grand do! Thank you guys We will have a bit less of the old please Julie ... shy I can deal with, that's kinda cute, but old?!!!! Yes Julia, I've been doing plenty of resting to the point where I'm brassed off with it. Still feeling yuck and just waiting on the consultant getting back to me with an appointment for later this week. Fingers crossed, Lyn x
